2. All reservations require full payment to be guaranteed.
3. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability.
4. In the event of a No-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full room rate as retention to the guest.
5. Cancellation Policy:
   • Canceled 30 days before check-in: No retention
   • Canceled 20 days before check-in: 25% retention
   • Canceled 10 days before check-in: 50% retention
   • Canceled within 72 hours or No-show: Full retention

8. Groups consisting solely of male guests are not permitted.
9. Government-issued identification is accepted as proof of identity.
10. Unmarried or unrelated couples will not be allowed to check-in. Al-Woodlands Residency reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in. This decision is at the full discretion of the hotel management, and no refunds will be applicable in such cases.
